Let's Get Started
The first step to becoming a new guest is to take a look at the Service Menu to get an idea of which experience feels right for you. Once you’ve done that, fill out the New Guest Consultation Form and upload your photos. I will personally review your information, recommend the service that best fits your hair goals, and offer a few times that may work with your schedule. From there, you’ll receive a Welcome Packet with all the details on what to expect during your visit and how to prepare for your time in the salon.

From the moment you walk through the doors of Maven & Co. Collective, your time becomes yours again. I have designed every detail of your reservation to feel like more than a hair appointment. It is your chance to pause, relax, and feel completely cared for.
I know life is busy, so I have created a process that is simple and stress free. Once you book your consultation, I will send you a New Guest Welcome Packet with everything you need to know before your first visit.

Before Your Visit
​Once you have filled out my New Guest Consultation Form and I have received it, I will guide you to the right reservation and send your welcome packet with all the details you need to know before your visit. If no spots are showing, I will reach out directly or you can join my waitlist.

The day before your reservation, you will receive an Experience Customization Form. This form allows you to tailor every detail of your visit, from the drinks and snacks you would like to the scent of your hot essential oil infused towel. This helps me prepare in advance so I can truly spoil you during the time we have together, because making you feel cared for is so important to me.
During Your Visit
When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted by myself and or my associate. Your customized selections will be ready and waiting. If you did not fill out the form, no worries, I will happily get you anything you would like during your time with me.
We will begin with a thorough consultation where we talk through your hair history, your current goals, and the best plan to achieve them. Once we have a plan in place, I will apply your color based on what we discussed during the consultation.
Once your color is done processing, you will be invited to the Treatment Lounge, a calming space where you can put your feet up, enjoy spa music, and take a moment just for yourself. Every service includes a relaxing head massage and a hot towel infused with essential oils, giving you the chance to fully unwind and enjoy a quiet pause before we finish your look.
After Your Visit
At the end of your visit, I will style your hair so you leave feeling confident and refreshed. Before you go, we can chat about the best ways to care for your hair at home, including solutions you may want to take with you to help maintain your color and overall hair health.
We can also talk about the timing of your next visit, and if you would like, I will get you on the schedule before you leave. My goal is always to create a plan that feels right for you and ensures your hair continues to look and feel its best.
